    I have my own doubts about the legal purchase of the property. Can it be legally sold out. If yes, what is modus operandi for registeration of the property in the name of purchaser? Are there any chances of its coming under "Malkana Hak" in near future. Many people have already sold their plots and purchasers even constructed houses on it. Builders have also entered in and selling built up flats. What is legal status for it.
