We are an associatuon of Senior Citizens above 70 to 80 years of age and are about 25,340 Registrants who are waiting for the last 36 years for a shelter of our own as We had applied for MIG / LIG/EWS PLOTS of sizes 90/60 sqm, 48/32 sqm/ 26sqm . The Rohini Residential scheme 1981 in its advertisement had offered 1,17,000 plots by DDA and last date for submission of applications was 31st March 1981 which was later extended to 25th April 1081. But despite extension of date only 82,384 applications were received. It was for certain that since applicants were less and plots were more that each applicant will get plot of size applied . In 1999 the size of plot reduced from 90 sqm to 60 sqm for MIG Registrants and 48 to 32 sqm for LIG Registrants. Those who applied for 90sqm were Defence Officer of Rank Lt/ Major Generals, Brigadiers, Colonals Majors and Captainsnd Civilian Officers icluding Doctors,C A's, Etc ad per their last salary drawn. We request your Hon'ble Authority to give us time to meet you on any working day to apprise you of facts enumerated in the Rohini 1981 Scheme Brochure and seek justice from Newly apoointed Lieutenant Governor of Delhi through your Margdarshan. As on day 25,340 Registrants wtg .for the last 36 years.     I appeared for an interview this Monday. The interview process was good. The questions asked in the interview were meant to test developer's aptitude, knowledge and experience. There were three rounds overall. The company's office is close to Saket Metro Station so it is just 10-mins from IIT Delhi campus where I stay.
