Sir, This is to bring to your kind attention that my beloved father Lt. Sh. Duli Chand Sharma had a bank account with your esteemed bank having a saving bank account number( saving bank account number 09500100023523 ) through which he was getting his pension from Indian Army. Sir, we are five children of our parents(Two sisters and Three brothers including me). On account of sudden and unfortunate demise of my father in January,2009, all my siblings has claimed for release of money from the said account, as my mother already passed away way back in the past. In order to justify our claim a survivor certificate issued by the SDM too was submitted in the concerned bank(UCO Bank ,Janakpuri,New Delhi) .Apart from that all my brothers and sisters appeared in person before the Branch Incharge UCO Bank,Janakpuri,New Delhi and all my siblings nominated the undersigned to collect all the money left by my beloved father in the account maintained with your bank. It is worthwhile to mention here that apart from that I have also submitted guarantee of two Govt.Employees . Besides the undersigned and both my brothers are also govt.employees. The bank officers,UCO Bank also visited our residence and authenticated the fact. But despite completion of all the formalities no respite and relieve has been given to us till now. Now the Branch Incharge has once again informed us that the main branch has raised certain objections with regard to our claim. Sir,against the objections raised towards settlement of our claim we have completed all the requiste formalities but despite that we are running from pillar to post for the settlement of our claim. It seems that we are not receiving our claim from the bank concerned but on the contrary getting loan from the bank concerned. The sorry state of affairs of the bank concerned (UCO Bank,Janakpuri Branch) has caused immense mental harassment to me, and I am deeply agonized and tormented by the casual and indifferent approach of the bank concerned. I appeal to your goodself for personal intervention and settlement of my claim at an early date alongwith all the interest accured on it,as more than 3 years have been passed since my father died.
