    A third rate Company - extremely poor back office service. Came back 9th June, had sim card for Italy; they have blocked Rs 5000 limit on my credit card, keep sending me demands to get in touch with them for them to collect sim card; called them repeatedly, told them to collect the sim card - nothing happens except yet another computer generated email that I have not arranged to return the sim card. No option left now but to go to Consumer Court and file a case for deficiency of service. Anyone thinking of availing their dervices - DONT!! Find some other service provider Matrix etc.

    Submitted a FIR at about 8.30 AM on 24.06.12 at Paharganj Police Station, regarding lost / theft of my expensive mobile phone Samsung Glaxy S-II having many important data and pictures, in front of Mayur Assam HotelArakashan Road, last night at around 10.45 PM. An unknown person suddenly hit my left shoulder on the road and after saying sorry the person left the place and I found my mobile phone is not in the left side pocket of my punjabi shirt. Today I had tried several times to contact in the stolen mobile number 9435047626 (BSNL) issued from Guwahati and get contact three times without answar. Probably the sim is yet within the mobile.Most of the time the phone is found in switch off mode. The matter was also inform to 100 from Delhi airport at around 2PM on my return to Guwahati today. From a Delhi number 9312213369 an un-known person called me in my present mobile number 9706047345 at around 9 PM today and wanted to know my identity etc. Kindly take up the matter urgently.Regards. er.
