    I am widow of freedom fighter Late Sumanchandra Chandulal Bhatt. I was getting pension regularly but this November, 2014 I went personally to my Bank to submit Life Certificate. Since February, 2015 I have not received my pension. On enquiry I have found that the officer who had authorised my form had put date as 19th February, 2013 instead of 2014.     Seva Sadan is just opposite the Apollo Hospital on the Busy Mathura Road. There is lot of noise pollution. Accomodation is available behind the Aollo Hospital in green environs. Airconditioned 1 room with attached toilet and other facilities at Rs. 400/day. Only selected few occupy the flat. Regards, Imtiaz 09099008134
