    Our experience with my brother has been similar to Shalini's. The sales pitch is excellent but there are huge gaps between promises and what is the service that is delivered. The food is so bad you wouldn't want your family member to suffer through that. The so called counsellors are ex addicts with no formal training in counselling or therapy. The place is rarely cleaned, linen never changed and clothes washed in weeks. They charge lakhs every month and call themselves "upmarket". Bring your loved ones here if you hate them like hell, cos that is what this place is. Safe House Wellness Retreat in Chhattarpur Delhi is a case of fraud and mis-selling. Stay away.
