Hi on 7th Sep 2013 ,I went to your restaurent at chandni chowk ...opposite to gurudwara .We were total of eight members .we ordered corporate lunch your cashier immediately debited amount from account did not even informed how much time will it take.when we reachched the counter to collect food your service person was rude and and kept saying 10 minutes each time we went to the counter after 45 minutes we had to ask your manager yadav to intervien and your waiter was not even nice to him ....we got lunch after 2 hours do you think we have that much time to waste on a third grade restaurent and and asking stupid and arrogant waiter to provide food to us.....do u even give any training to these idiots ...is it not responsibility of u r cahier to inform that it will take time even before debiting account money ...we shalll never go to u r restaurent and will ask all friends not to visit such a placewhere customer is not taken care of
