I still remember the days when this land was under the possession of some anti social elements where unauthorized encroachments & parking was being done, since my childhood this space was a wasteland and nobody shown any interest in its development saying it was MCD Land , but finally in 2002 - 03 , all the colony members of Sant Nagar & Extn came forward to convert this dump place into a park & it worked also , all though it was not an easy task & people indulged in this project has faced a lot by some people who were not in favor of this noble cause. but presently this is the most beautiful landmark of our area It still needs some attention as this park has became a useful place for anti social elements like Drunkards & gamblers & we still need to be united and fight against this.
